Our Heritage
For generations, Rochetto's Pizzeria has been crafting authentic Italian cuisine with time-honored recipes passed down through our family.

Where Rochetto's Started
Built in Acadiana. Backed by Experience.
Rochetto’s Pizzeria opened in 2009 in Scott, Louisiana, built by Phil Faul, Pat Bordes, and Brady Benton. Each brought something different to the table; restaurant experience, family roots in the pizza business, and a clear understanding of how people in Acadiana like to eat.
From the beginning, the goal was simple: serve Italian food that feels right here. Not overworked, not overthought, just made well and done consistently.

Italian at the Core. Cajun by Nature.
A Style That Makes the Difference
The menu is built on Italian fundamentals. Hand-tossed pizza, fresh pasta, and classic comfort dishes, but it doesn’t stop there. In Acadiana, flavor matters, and Rochetto’s reflects that.
You’ll see it in the details. Boudin alongside lasagna. Bold toppings that don’t hold back. Recipes that lean into both traditions without forcing the combination.
It’s not about reinventing Italian food, it’s about cooking it in a way that fits where it’s served

Growing Without Changing What Works
Rochetto’s Today
Rochetto’s expanded to Crowley in 2023, bringing the same approach to a second location. Same menu, same standards, same focus on doing things the right way.
Both locations continue to serve the same core idea—fresh food, made to order, in a place that’s easy to walk into and easy to come back to.
It’s a restaurant built for regulars, families, and anyone looking for something reliable without it feeling routine.
